MEET THE CHEF
The D.T.C. Sports Grille, situated at 55 W. Chicago Street in the heart of downtown Chandler, is delighted to announce its Grand Opening in November 2023, featuring
Executive Chef Keoni at the helm of the Culinary team.
Chef Keoni brings a wealth of experience from some of the Valley's beloved establishments, including Social Tap, The Ainsworth, and, most recently, Lucero Rooftop restaurant and bar within the brand-new Omni hotel.
He has expressed his affection for Downtown Chandler, highlighting its strong sense of community, where locally owned businesses and restaurants play a vital role in the hospitality industry.
The DC Sports Grille will offer a menu of elevated classics, including Smash Burgers, traditional Philly Cheesesteaks, and Chef Keoni's renowned TriFecta Wings. This culinary adventure will be enhanced by cutting-edge audiovisual technology, ensuring that patrons can catch all the sporting action.
Chef Keoni, with his roots in Hawaii, draws inspiration from the Hawaiian concept of
"Ohana," which signifies family. It encompasses not only immediate relatives but also extended family, close friends, and the wider community. In Hawaiian culture, ohana underscores the importance of family bonds, unity, and support.
He has shared his vision, saying, "My goal is to bring Ohana to Downtown Chandler and provide an outstanding experience for everyone at DTC Sports Grille.
